I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the great state of Texas. I earned my Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling at Texas A&M University. I currently work with teen girls at a residential treatment center. I work with a multitude of issues and traumas. I also work with an abundance of different diagnoses as well as dual diagnosis. My main focuses have been; family relationships, domestic violence, anxiety, bipolar disorder, self-harming behaviors, suicidal ideations, physical abuse, emotional abuse and sexual abuse. I like to use a variety of different approaches when treating clients such as, cognitive behavioral, solution focused, person-centered, psychoeducation, and art therapy. I truly believe in the power of coping skills. You will be amazed just how much your life can change by making small adjustments to your everyday life when you are stressed out.
